We specialize in events for small businesses to large corporate events. For confidential meetings, product launches, staff training or workshops.
With visual aids available to hire including flat screen TVs, projector screens and wifi.
We also provide various catering options to suit every budget. From morning tea to all day conference packages we can offer menus that can be tailored specially for you event.
Events at The Town and Country
We can cater for the most intimate gathering or parties up to 200 guests. With menus to suit every budget, we have set menus, buffet menus and canapé options that can be tailored to suit your event.

Weddings at Town & Country
We are proud to offer 6 different venues for your special day, each with its own unique appeal; whether it’s a formal affair or a more casual cocktail reception we are as passionate as you are about making your day one to remember.
Should you choose to allow us to host your wedding and upon choosing one of our fantastic menu options we are pleased to include the following services and additional items in your wedding package at no extra charge.
- Reception Venue Hire for 4 hours
- Staff charges including planning, advice and setup
- White Table linen including white or colored napkins
- White chair covers with silver sash
- Dressed and skirted bridal table
- Dressed and skirted cake table and Sterling Silver cutting knife
- Air conditioned reception rooms (Restaurant inside, River, Banksia and Banksia- River rooms)
- Cut and plated wedding cake, with Berry Coulis and Double Cream
- Personalised and printed menus (x2) per table & decorated board for your seating arrangement
- Full table service for your beverages throughout the evening
- Candles for each table
- Microphone available in, restaurant, alfresco and garden deck
- Free Parking for all your guests
- Dance floor space (garden deck & restaurant)
- Children welcome and are half price for half size portions (5-12yrs) (1-5yrs are free of charge)
- Dressed and skirted gift table
With prior notice given, our chefs are happy to take into consideration your dietary requirements e.g.: celiac, vegetarian, diabetic etc and adjust the menu accordingly.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit: A non refundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm your wedding booking and to secure the venue of your choice
Public Holidays: Please note a 20%surcharge applies to all functions held on a Public Holiday
Confirmation: Final Numbers are needed (5) days before the event date. This is the minimum number charged on the day of the event
Change: Price or Menu Due to our menu being available all year round, please be advised that due to seasonal changes, some items will be exchanged with an alternative of equal quality. Please note prices are subject to change. Prior notice will be given.
Cancellation: We do understand that sometimes plans change and we are very flexible should such an occasion occur however;
- Any wedding cancelled after a deposit is paid incurs a loss of the full deposit
- Cancellation within 3 months of confirmed date will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the wedding
- Cancellation within 8 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of total cost of the event
BYO: Please be aware there is to be NO BYO beverages to be consumed by your guests.
Sunday Weddings: Should you have a minimum of 60 wedding guests or a minimum spend requirement, we are pleased to offer you the choice of a Sunday wedding reception with exclusive use of the entire restaurant. A surcharge will also apply for Sunday events.
Wedding Ceremony: We would be happy to discuss the option of having your ceremony, please enquire for pricing and availability.
Exclusive Weddings: We do offer town and Country as an exclusive wedding venue but there will be a minimum spend and minimum numbers required having the venue to yourselves.
